I have kept the telephone number for PowerOn Appliance repair ever since Gary came out in 2020 to repair my old refrigerator. I was so impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism, how thorough he was at checking everything, and how Gary made sure he took care of my home and cleaned up. I wrote his number in my telephone contacts right then with the note to use, Gary at PowerOn Appliance and no one else. When my new refrigerator went out and I also needed work on my new oven and old washing machine, I immediately called and Gary and Lester came out. Again, so knowledgeable, so thorough, and a delight to work with. Thank you very much Gary and Lester for helping me keep everything in my house running correctly and in good shape. Alex is awesome! He communicated clearly when he was on his way and was on time. Once here, he listened to the issues I was having with the dishwasher and took my concerns to heart. He kept me posted on the status as he started the diagnosis process. He discussed the solutions, was extremely helpful and even gave me links to products that would prevent this problem in the future. Very professional and affordable! So happy with the result and thankful he was able to solve our issue. The booking staff was very kind too! They had available time slots same-day. Based on other reviews we decided to try PowerOn Appliance Repair to fix our dryer. We called first thing in the morning and had Alex scheduled to come in the later afternoon. We told him what was going on with the dryer and he immediately went to work to look at the issue and discussed with us the solution and the cost. He was done within 2 hours and our dryer was working again! While he was here we asked him if he could balance our washer and he did it within 5 minutes. Great job overall, very friendly and professional. Have already sent pictures of the business card to multiple friends. And they give a military discount for any veterans out there! ~ Elizabeth G

We were referred to PowerOn by friends in our House Church when our LG fridge stopped cooling unexpectedly. We're so glad they did so. Lester came out within 24 hours and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad Linear compressor. Thankfully it was still under warranty so the cost of the part was covered in full. The compressor was ordered and, once it arrived at PowerOn, Victor came out the next day and completed the replacement. The diagnosis/labor came in under $450 so it was well worth it to pay for the repair considering a comparable new fridge would have been between $1,750-2000. Mindy in the office kept us well updated via texts and helped run interference with LG on the shipment of the part. We give high marks to everyone we dealt with at PowerOn and will definitely be referring them to any of our family and friends who need their services. Thank you so much! ~ Tim C

This company was awesome! With the kids running around, I never have spare time. In this case, I’m going to make time to tell you about my experience. My freezer stopped cooling. I called around and nobody was able to come out for about a week, so frustrating!!! I found this company, and I spoke to Mr. Chambers. I told him my situation. He knew exactly what the problem was on my freezer. He picked up the part and came out that afternoon and replaced the part. I did not have any food spoilage thanks to him. How awesome is that! He saved the day for our family! I’m definitely keeping his number for future use. ~ G H

I do not do this often but this is deserved. I called this company and was told the tech could be here later in the day. The price for showing up was reasonable so I made an appointment. The tech, his name was Jeff, called prior to coming and showed up on time. I must say that this was an exceptional service call experience. Jeff decided what was wrong but had to come back the next day with the part. Early the next day he calls, says he's 20 min away and if I am ready he will come right over. This person was methodical, clean, organized and very polite. During this call several issues arose in the repair that he had to address. He did an excellent job and in no way could I see any compromising in the work he was doing and I was watching close. All this and a price that was fair made it a no regret experience. We’ve used PowerOn Appliance Repair several times over the last few years. They are quick to answer any questions and are very professional. They have installed a new microwave, range, dishwasher and double ovens for us. Our old ovens went out and they came out to repair but after seeing that it was a discontinued unit that didn’t match our newer appliances, we decided to get new ones instead. PowerOn has always been able to come out quickly when we need them and I trust them more to install new appliances than the places where we buy the Applainces from, plus they have better pricing. Lester and Gary came out to repair a Samsung refrigerator. Apparently the doors were installed incorrectly, which allowed warm air to get inside. As a result, the fan was on 24/7 and died. They were very quick to diagnose and fix. Very thorough too. They also looked at an ice maker for me. I need a new ice maker, and they recommended three top brands and gave me the pros / cons of why these three over a more common one like GE. Lastly, Gary and Lester were very friendly and professional. I will absolutely use them for the install on my new ice machine and even texted my neighbors on why they should use PowerOn in the future. ~ Tim S

Lester and Nasimi were wonderful. I had a poor excuse for a repairman come the week before and I knew he had not given good information or repairs. The PowerOn team understood the situation and did a thorough inspection of my equipment and gave detailed information regarding the work that needed to be done. They stayed to let the dishwasher run a cycle, and both ice makers to make ice. I cannot state what a relief it was to have kind, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable technicians to help us with the appliances. I will have them on speed dial for all future appliance needs. Called Power On to fix my washing machine. While they were out inquired to look at my oven which has been on a 'brink' for years. So much that the manufacturer bought out my appliance. Long story short, my washing machine is in working order, but more impressive is my stove. The tech, Lester, came and worked on the stove for over a hour before looking at the washer. On the second call back to put the parts in place to the washer, he had another tech look at the stove. Should have this completed in 10 days, but already can tell a difference with all the clicking, etc. I will not be using another appliance repair service. ~ Stephanie N

This company is the best appliance repair company I have ever used. They are very good at diagnosing the problem and repair just about anything. We have a 25 year old built in refrigerator that no one els could fix because the Orem parts were or available. They were able to retrofit a part from a similar refrigerator and saved us from having to replace it. They also stand behind their work. They repair a fan in the refrigerator but the blade was reversed. Easy to do they returned and corrected it at no charge. Can’t say enough good things about this company. I will never use anyone else to repair any of my appliances. ~ Ted H

LEO, did a phenomenal job explaining the diagnosis & recommended repairs. He truly did go above and beyond making sure our family had all safety measures met. Not only did he spend QUALITY time working on the oven but he spent much time breaking down our added concerns for other appliances. I would highly recommend Leo to any other family in need of repair. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! Poweron Appliance Repair answered my phone call with a live person who even helped me find the model # of my LG washer. She even scheduled me for same day day service , in the afternoon. Bill came to my home within 30 minutes of his scheduled appointment. He found the problem was a failure of my drain pump and said he would be able to get the correct drain pump and return tomorrow afternoon and and asked me if that would be acceptable.He gave me a written estimate. And I agreed. He returned the next afternoon and installed the pump and and the washer has worked perfectly since then. ~ Wes T

I'm a firt-time PowerOn customer. My oven has needed to be recalibrated for awhile. I called around and got several quotes. PowerOn had the best rates and offered a military/veteran discount too! The scheduler was very polite, friendly and thorough (getting the appliance info). I was able to get an appt. for the next day. The technician Lester, communicated his ETA and showed up on time. He was professional, respectful and friendly too. He took the time to explain things and show me the temp gauge as he made the necessary adjustments. Nika answered the phone in the evening, and set up the appointment for the next day. Victor arrived on time. They gave me a two hour window. He was very knowledgeable, and got the washer running before he left, but it still needed a new part. He obtained the part, and installed it in the afternoon. Victor was very knowledgeable about the machine, and had the diagnostics to determine the problem quickly, and accurately. I have great confidence in the job Victor did, and his quick response. From the first call to the final repair, everyone was friendly and efficient. I had tried to get my warranty company to repair my washer and they claimed they couldn't locate a repair shop in my area (Houston). I had the parts sent to me and scheduled the repair. The technician, Victor, was actually earlier than planned which was great considering it was a Saturday. Victor repaired our washer in less than 30 minutes and was very professional. I plan on canceling my home warranty and using PowerOn Appliance for all my appliance repairs in the future. ~ Lynnette V

Lester arrived ahead of proposed time and called us first. What a great Company. Our refrigerater was fixed quickly so we didn't loose a lot of frozen food in the freezer. The technician Lester is WONDERFUL AND SO KNOWLEDGABLE. Our dryer had been making a knocking sound and Lester knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it also. The prices were very fair reasonable. I have a kitchen aid microwave/oven combo unit and the magnetron in the microwave died. PowerOn not only replace the magnetron, but fixed the broken glass in the oven for under $800. I was able to cancel an order for a new unit that costs nearly $4,000. I have been using them ever since. They have been out on multiple occasions to keep my 25 year old kitchen aid double-wide refrigerator running smoothly. They are honest and up front about the cost of the work. Everyone I have interacted with at the company has been very friendly and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. ~ Michael K

My experience with PowerOn Repair Service was excellent. It started with Ms. Alicia, who was extremely professional, courteous, helpful and in my case, very patient. Mr. Victor, our service technician arrived at the top of our appointment time. He immediately diagnosed the issue. He was very efficient and timely in fixing the problem with our freezer drawer. I appreciated that he shared some helpful tips for handling the drawer going forward. This was the second time I used Power On and could not be more satisfied. 1st time Lester came out fixed my garage fridge and our Dryer. He had all the parts needed with him. This time our refrigerator was making a lot of noise and freezer was not cold. Lester showed up the same day as we called diagnosed the problem instantly had the part needed with him and refrigerator/freezer are back in business. Fast efficient and definitely knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service provided by Alex. He quickly determined the cause of my problem and did his best to fix the problem. Unfortunately the refrigerator is over 20 years old and beyond a long time repair. His temporary fix should last for a while and give us time to shop for a replacement. Hopefully I do not need the services of an appliance repair technician any time soon but when I do I hope Alex is still available. It’s very hard to find a competent technician but I’m adding Alex to my first call list. ~ David M

Power On Appliance Repair is now my go to repair company. Lester and team came out and diagnosed the issue, had the circuit board ordered and returned within a few days to install and get our Wolf oven up and running. I was always informed on when they would arrive. They were all very knowledgeable and courteous. I am highly impressed! Update-had an issue with the Electrolux washer. Lester and Gary came out, brought a replacement part and had me up and going in no time. Both are very courageous and knowledgeable. I’m still impressed:) ~ F G
